Young Preschool Classroom

Welcome to our dynamic and imaginative young preschool classroom, where young minds are eager to explore and discover the wonders of the world! Our preschool program is designed for children aged 2.5 to 3 years old, fostering a stimulating environment that sparks curiosity and ignites a passion for learning.

In our preschool classroom, we embrace a play-based curriculum that combines structured activities with child-led exploration. Learning centers are filled with age-appropriate materials, books, and engaging toys, encouraging hands-on learning and creativity.

Our passionate educators play a vital role as facilitators, nurturing each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development. Through interactive group activities and individualized attention, they cultivate important skills like problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective communication.

We understand the significance of early literacy and numeracy, and our preschool program integrates fun and educational experiences that lay a solid foundation for future academic success.

In this supportive and inclusive environment, children develop important social skills through collaborative play and group interactions. They learn to respect and appreciate diversity, building a strong sense of community.

Safety is paramount, and we maintain a secure and child-friendly space that encourages exploration while ensuring the well-being of each child.

Our preschool classroom thrives on fostering a love for learning, providing a nurturing atmosphere where children’s imaginations can soar, friendships blossom, and the joy of discovery knows no bounds. As young learners take their first steps towards a bright future, we are committed to making their preschool years truly memorable and transformative.

What are your hours of operation?

What is your teacher-to-child ratio's in each classrom?

At the Monarch Center, we believe that every child deserves individualized attention and care. That’s why we maintain a lower teacher-to-child ratio than the recommended state ratios. This allows our teachers to provide more personalized support and guidance to each child in their group or classroom. Our goal is to create a nurturing and supportive environment where children can thrive and grow.

Are meals and snacks provided?

At The Monarch Center, we believe that a healthy diet is essential for your child’s growth and development. That’s why we provide a variety of nutritious meals and snacks to keep your child energized throughout the day. Our meals are included in the cost of tuition and are made in partnership with The Oxford Center.

We understand that some children may have dietary restrictions due to allergies or other reasons. Therefore, all our meals are Gluten-Free and we offer other allergy selections like Nut-Free, Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, etc. We also provide a weekly lunch menu so that you can see what your child will be eating.

Please visit our Lunch Program page for more information on our meal program.

Do you offer part-time or drop-in care options?

We offer part-time care schedules (pending availability). We do not offer drop-in care options at this time.
